Philippe and Mona Martial founded their establishment in 1973. Since that time, they have built up their reputation as one of the best leather gilding and lining specialist in the capital. As the years passed by, they gathered a unique collection in their Paris boutique of more than 3000 gilding irons. With this variety of patterns, letters and attributes of the XVII th, XVIII th and XIX th centuries, they are in a position to reproduce most old bookbindings, furniture linings, tie boxes, and other museum pieces.
They also work for contemporary designers, making sheaths and boxes of unexpected shapes. They have developed a marking and hot embossing technique for use on paper and various supports.
